Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models for classification, prediction, NLP, computer vision, or optimization tasks.
- Build data pipelines and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Train, test, fine-tune, and deploy ML/DL models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Stay current with the latest AI research, technologies, and best practices.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Document AI models, architecture, processes, and tools for knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python (plus knowledge of R, Java, or C++ is a bonus).
- Proficiency in AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Good understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and probability.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and model serving frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV) projects.
- Knowledge of LLMs, transformer architectures, or generative AI models.
- Exposure to AutoML, reinforcement learning, or edge AI.
- Published research papers, GitHub projects, or Kaggle competition experience is an advantage.
