Job Description
Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Company: 360 Realtors
Location: Gurugram (Sector 53)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, lead generation & ROI tracking
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google
- Monitor performance metrics and improve campaign efficiency
- Generate quality leads and maximize conversions
