Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Media Marketer & Business Support Executive who will help strengthen our online presence, attract qualified candidates for Japanese language programs and overseas job opportunities, and support the day-to-day operations of our business.

The role combines digital marketing, candidate engagement, and operational coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Japanese language courses and overseas career opportunities.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, website updates, and email campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate qualified candidate leads.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide monthly marketing reports.
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to promote current programs and opportunities.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends relevant to education and international recruitment.
• Business Support ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily operations related to language training programs and overseas placements.
• Coordinate candidate documentation and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with candidates regarding language courses, interviews, and application processes.
• Support communication and follow-ups with partner agencies and employers in Japan and Taiwan.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, marketing materials, and internal records.
• Support business development by preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Assist in organizing orientation sessions, seminars, and promotional events for candidates.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and administrative responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Employment TermsProbation Period: 3 months
• Stipend during probation: ₹22,000 per month
• Salary after probation: ₹24,000 per month (based on performance)
