🎯 What You’ll Do

Plan and run high-performing ad campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Generate quality leads for real estate projects

Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Handle basic SEO to improve website visibility

Create engaging content (posts, captions, creatives, reels)

Track and optimize campaign performance for better ROI

Manage and track leads independently (no CRM team – full ownership)

Coordinate directly with the sales team for conversions

✅ What We’re Looking For

1–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

Real estate marketing experience is a plus

Strong understanding of performance marketing & lead generation

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Good communication and basic content creation skills

Candidates should have their own laptop for daily work

💰 Salary & Perks

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
