Job Description
- 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Greet walk-in customers and maintain a professional front office environment.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or in person; and redirect them to the concerned team.
- Maintain and update daily showroom visit records and lead entries.
- Assist customers with basic car-related queries and available vehicle inventory.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer flow and car delivery processes.
- Support in preparing invoices, customer KYC, and basic documentation.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception and customer waiting area.
- Follow up with potential leads and assist the sales team in closing deals.
