About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive qualified leads for our real estate projects. You’ll be responsible for crafting digital strategies, executing campaigns, managing budgets, and working closely with the sales and creative teams to boost visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Run performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation

• Manage SEO/SEM efforts to boost organic traffic and rankings

• Handle social media strategy and content calendars

• Oversee email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Monitor and optimize digital ad performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS)

• Coordinate with agencies, designers, and media teams

• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

• Stay updated on digital trends and tools relevant to real estate marketing

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Real Estate background is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools

• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho, Hubspot)

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and real estate marketing funnel
