Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display,

Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

 Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to drive conversions.

 Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).

 Create performance reports and insights to guide decision-making.

 Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and

landing pages.

 Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel,

GA4, etc.).

 Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

 Proven track record of managing campaigns with strong lead generation

results.

 Solid understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and analytics.

 Experience with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta

Events Manager.

 Ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.

 Strong copywriting and creative direction skills a plus.

 Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.

 Must have Real Estate industry experience.

Nice to Have:

 Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.).

 Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRO.

 Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Super metrics, or similar.
