Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatcher Executive to manage daily dispatch operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely dispatch, maintaining records, and working closely make the move easy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatch activities
• Coordinate with warehouse, trucker and internal teams
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of VAB Materials.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents ( POD, invoices In & out gate tickets etc.)
• Track shipments and update status regularly
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays
• Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory records
• Follow company SOPs, safety standards & Negotiation.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch / logistics / operations / Import & Export Operations.
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation, inventory systems
• Good coordination and communication skills & Negotiations skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
• Immediate joiners preferred
