Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatches as per orders and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for order readiness
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, packing list, e-way bill, etc.)
• Communicate with transporters, drivers, and courier partners
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain dispatch records, logs, and reports
• Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Update ERP/system with dispatch and shipment details
