Job Description
Main responsibility is to placing vehicles in open market and create orders through it. A person has to complete the chain like create order from market then placing the vehicle .
Vehicle Sourcing & Placement: Arrange and position vehicles at pan-India or local locations based on daily dispatch schedules. This includes selecting appropriate vehicle types like 19ft/22ft, 32ft open and closed trucks
Vendor & Broker Management: Negotiate freight rates with market brokers, transporters, and truck owners to ensure cost-efficient placement.
Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse teams and drivers to ensure timely loading and departure.
Real-Time Tracking: Monitor vehicle movement from dispatch to delivery, managing any diversions or transhipments due to breakdowns.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vehicle utilization, POD (Proof of Delivery) follow-ups, and daily operational logs
