Dispatch Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for managing dispatch operations, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders
• Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery
• Ensure correct packing, labeling, and quantity verification before dispatch
• Coordinate with the accounts team for billing accuracy
• Handle invoicing in the absence of the Accounts Manager
• Good with numbers and able to understand and implement packaging standards
