Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics team, and transporters for smooth dispatch.

Prepare dispatch schedules, delivery challans, invoices in SAP and required documentation.

Ensure timely loading, unloading, and movement of goods.

Track shipment status and update customers and internal teams.

Maintain dispatch records, reports, and logs for audit and compliance.

Verify packaging, labeling, and product accuracy before dispatch.

Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.

Maintain communication with drivers, vendors, and clients, logistics.Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and company policies.
