Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Executive to join our team. The role involves evaluating loan applications, analyzing credit worthiness, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth loan processing in line with company policies and compliance standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and process loan applications as per company policies and credit guidelines.
  • Verify applicant information, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct credit assessments, financial analyses, and risk evaluations.
  • Recommend appropriate loan amounts and credit limits based on assessment results.
  • Approve or reject credit applications within delegated authority and policy frameworks.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all loan files and client records.
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance to identify potential risks or delinquencies.
  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance, loan portfolio status, and emerging risks.
  • Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and responding to audit queries promptly.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in credit processing, underwriting, or loan operations within the financial sector.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and loan management systems.
