E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to manage website orders end-to-end, ensure smooth coordination with logistics, and handle basic customer support queries related to orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily website orders accurately and on time
• Handle order lifecycle on EasyEcom (order confirmation, invoicing, shipping, returns)
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery
• Monitor order status, cancellations, RTOs, and returns
• Update order-related data and maintain records
• Handle customer queries via email/WhatsApp/calls related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
• Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently, ensuring good customer experience
• Escalate issues when required and follow up for closure

Requirements:

• Prior experience in website order processing or ecommerce operations
• Hands-on experience with EasyEcom (mandatory/preferred)
• Basic understanding of ecommerce workflows and logistics
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in D2C or ecommerce brands
• Familiarity with courier dashboards and CRM tools
