Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000per month (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and optimize our brand presence across multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and our own website.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.
• Listing creation, catalog management, and content optimization.
• Inventory management and stock planning to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Order processing, shipment coordination, and returns management.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and offers.
• Analyze sales reports and performance dashboards to drive growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, accounts, marketing, design).
• Resolve customer issues, claims, and escalations.
• Handle pricing strategy and competitor analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.
• Good knowledge of listings, ads, promotions, and account health.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Additional Off: 1st and 4th Saturday
