✅ Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online sales platforms, product listings, and daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for improving customer experience, increasing sales, and maintaining smooth functioning of the e-commerce business.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Handle product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare reports
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order processing
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints
• Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
• Optimize product listings using SEO keywords
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely order dispatch and delivery tracking

• 🧠 Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, ads, etc.)
• Attention to detail and time management.

🎓 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or related field)

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce

💼 Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with product listing tools

• Knowledge of Google Analytics or online ads
• Basic graphic skills (Canva, Photoshop)
