Paramountcy Imperial Private Limited is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow the company’s online business across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing marketplace operations, executing marketing campaigns, and improving brand visibility on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and more.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📈 Achieve overall e-commerce channel targets and account-wise sales goals

🛒 Manage and optimize product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, HealthKart, and Nykaa

📊 Plan and execute marketing campaigns including PPC and display ads

📅 Create and manage monthly marketing calendars for different brands

🤝 Collaborate with Key Account Managers for joint business planning

📦 Handle product cataloguing, content optimization, and A+ content creation

📢 Drive brand awareness and improve customer experience across platforms

🔍 Perform competitor analysis and track market trends

📉 Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

🚀 Plan and execute product launches and seasonal sale strategies

💬 Monitor customer reviews and ratings to improve overall experience

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 22 – 40 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: Graduate (Preferred)

English: Good Communication Skills

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years in E-commerce

Shift: Day (Full Time)
