E-Commerce Executive

Order Fulfillment Management: oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of an order, including processing, verification, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Inventory & Stock Coordination: monitors stock levels in real-time across various sales channels (like Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart) to prevent stock-outs or overselling.

Logistics & Courier Coordination: liaises with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and shipping carriers to track deliveries, manage delayed shipments, and resolve delivery failures (NDRs).

Catalog & Website Maintenance: updates product listings, ensuring that titles, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized for sales.

Returns & Refund Processing: manages the "reverse logistics" process, handling customer returns, exchanges, and ensuring refunds are processed according to company policy.

Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, as well as marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, etc.).

Problem-Solving: The ability to quickly resolve technical glitches on the site or logistical issues with carriers.

Communication: Effective coordination between internal teams (warehouse, marketing, customer support) and external partners (vendors, couriers)
