Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the growth and performance of the company’s e-commerce operations.
• Plan, manage, and execute promotional and marketing campaigns to increase engagement and sales.
• Analyze customer behavior and shopping trends to support merchandising and product assortment planning.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing queries, resolving issues, and managing feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with demand planning and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators such as sales trends, sell-through rates, and campaign ROI.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve the brand's online visibility and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive website traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in an e-commerce management role, preferably in a product-based or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business.
• In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms and sales strategies.
• Familiarity with Unicommerce is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
