Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Warehouse Executive

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager / E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Marketplace Warehouse Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day warehouse operations related to online marketplace orders (Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq etc.). The role includes inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations aligned with marketplace SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order processing and dispatch across all online marketplaces.
• Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain real-time stock accuracy across channels.
• Prepare and manage pick lists, packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment as per marketplace timelines and performance metrics.
• Liaise with courier partners and marketplace teams for logistics and dispatch updates.
• Handle returns, replacements, Raising SPF claims and reconciliation of inventory.
• Maintain proper records of stock, damages, and discrepancies.
• Support periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse or marketplace operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Familiarity with online portals such as Myntra Partner Portal, Tata Cliq etc.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in garment or fashion e-commerce industry (preferred).
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
