Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, product logistics, and e-commerce coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling logistics platforms like Shiprocket and customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall office operations and coordination

Handle product inventory (incoming & outgoing stock)

Coordinate with Shiprocket / logistics partners for timely dispatch and tracking

Ensure smooth packaging and order processing

Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues

Handle customer queries related to orders, dispatch, and delivery

Maintain basic records of orders and inventory

Requirements

Basic understanding of E-commerce operations & logistics

Experience with platforms like Shiprocket (preferred)

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Prior experience in operations / logistics / e-commerce is a plus
