EA For Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the MD’s complex calendar and schedule.
• Coordinate executive communications, such as taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
• Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare complex documents including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
• Track and monitor actionable points from meetings and follow up on their status.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish the MD's directives effectively.
