Ecommerce Dispatch Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Dispatch Executive to manage order dispatches, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain coordination between warehouse, logistics partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations and track shipment status.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update system entries.
• Handle dispatch-related queries, delays, or issues efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock availability.
• Ensure packaging standards and order accuracy before dispatch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6months of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
