Ecommerce Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Logistics:

• Manage inventory, packing, and shipping of orders independently after training with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with delivery partners ( Shiprocket, Delhivery, Amazon, etc.) for swift and timely dispatch.
• Track shipments, handle return processing, and ensure smooth logistics.

Studio, Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Set up and maintain an organized studio/warehouse for efficient operations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Source and manage packaging materials to ensure cost efficiency and aesthetics.

Basic Accounting & Vendor Management:

• Maintain records of expenses, vendor payments, and invoices.
• Assist with reconciliation of online payments from Shopify, Amazon, etc.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and negotiate better rates.

Website & Shopify Management: 

• Create and update product listings including images, variants, pricing, stock levels, and descriptions.
• Edit basic website elements using beginner-level code or no-code (e.g., formatting text blocks, adjusting spacing, updating banners).
• Ensure site accuracy & maintenance, including homepage updates, correcting listing errors, and coordinating with the founder or developers for feature changes.

Administrative & Founder Support:

• Manage the founder’s schedule, set up meetings, and coordinate with clients.
• Assist in hiring and coordinating with freelancers (e.g., content creators, photographers, accounting).
• Handle office/studio purchases and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Client & Event Coordination:

• Greet and assist B2C and B2B clients visiting the studio.
• Help organize pop-up events, exhibitions, and collaborations.
• Support customer service by addressing queries related to orders, logistics and following up for feedback.



Market Research 

• Research market trends and funding opportunities using Google, AI tools, and trade reports to guide product and campaign decisions.
• Analyze competitors through website audits, pricing checks, and social media tracking.
• Gather customer insights via surveys, calls, and informal interviews to inform product and packaging.
