eCommerce Operations Manager

• Order Fulfillment, Customer Support & Shopify Catalogue Executive — Devri

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & DispatchCreate and process orders on Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Shopify.

• Generate shipping labels, schedule pickups, and ensure accurate packaging handover.
• Track all active shipments daily and ensure timely dispatch within the expected SLA.
• Monitor pending pickups and coordinate with courier partners for quick resolution.

• Managing Shipment & Delivery IssuesTrack delays, NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO (Return to Origin) cases, and stuck shipments.

Coordinate with Shiprocket/Delhivery support teams to resolve delivery complications.

Update customers proactively about delays or delivery attempts.

Maintain internal logs for lost/damaged parcels and follow up for claims when required.

Shopify Catalogue ManagementUpload and update new product listings on Shopify (photos, descriptions, prices, variants).

• Maintain accuracy across all listings, including stock levels and SKU codes.

Create and manage collections
