Ecommerce Warehouse Executive

The E-commerce Marketplace Warehouse Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day warehouse operations related to online marketplace orders (Myntra, Ajio,etc.). The role includes inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations aligned with marketplace SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order processing and dispatch across all online marketplaces.
• Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain real-time stock accuracy across channels.
• Prepare and manage pick lists, packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment as per marketplace timelines and performance metrics.
• Liaise with courier partners and marketplace teams for logistics and dispatch updates.
• Handle returns, replacements, Raising SPF claims and reconciliation of inventory.
• Maintain proper records of stock, damages, and discrepancies.
