We are looking for an Education Counsellor for our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. An ideal will play a crucial role in helping students navigate their educational and career paths. You will assess their skills, interests, and goals to provide personalized advice and support. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students have the resources they need to succeed.

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Assess students' academic and career goals.
• Provide personalized counseling sessions.
• Develop educational plans based on students' interests and abilities.
• Assist students in course selection and career planning.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on various educational topics.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress.
• Stay updated on educational trends and opportunities.
• Offer guidance on college applications and scholarship opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field.
• Experience in educational counseling or related roles.
• Strong understanding of educational systems and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to assist students in achieving their goals.
