EHS Manager

Job Responsibilities:-

You are responsible to undertake the following works at the IKEA GMP Sector 47, Gurgaon Project Site:-

• Effective implementation of the HSE Management System in accordance with legal requirements and IWAY

company safety policies at the construction site. ❖ Plan, implement, and execute safety management

programs effectively." ❖ Development of Safety Culture among the organization & employees.

• Induction training for all new employees is conducted, and records are properly maintained at the site.

• Conduct training sessions for employees/workers to prevent workplace accidents

• (TBT) safety training is conducted at site properly, recorded at site.

• Weekly Safety review meetings are conducted at the site.

• Identify unsafe practices or conditions and take corrective actions promptly.

• Maintain safety records including inspection logs, training records, permits, and incident reports.

• All safety documentation is maintained in accordance with legal and contractual requirements

• Ensure appropriate PPE is provided, used, and maintained properly by all workers/staff.

• Firefighting training was provided to all personnel to prepare them for emergency situations, and

firefighting equipment has been installed in easily accessible locations.

• Mock drills are conducted every three months with vendors on topics such as working at height,

firefighting, electrical safety, first aid, and earthquake response, and records are properly maintained at the

site."

• Strictly follow the LOTO system where electrical work is carried out at work location.

• Ensure that safety signage boards are displayed at the construction site for all relevant work activities.
