Event Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, themes & budgets
• Create event plans, timelines & execution strategy
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors (decor, catering, venues, entertainment, logistics)
• Manage budgets, payments & contracts
• Oversee on-ground execution and handle last-minute challenges
• Ensure smooth event flow and high client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in wedding/event management
• Strong vendor network in Gurgaon/NCR preferred
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple events
• Flexible for weekend & long-hour events

Salary: As per industry standards + performance incentives.
