Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to support our team with a range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and handling essential administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, manage office expenses, and assist in budget tracking.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring timely procurement of office supplies and services. Negotiate pricing and terms for contracts.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, including liaising with external vendors for repairs and services. Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, and operational.
  • Hospitality Arrangements: Coordinate hospitality needs for meetings, events, and visitors, including catering, transportation, and accommodations as required.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and various departments as needed.
  • Handle office correspondence, maintain filing systems, and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory to ensure timely replenishment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and experience with accounting software is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in vendor negotiations and managing service contracts.
