Executive Assistant To The CEO (Commercial Development & Analytics)

CZI Global Consulting is an international company specializing in consulting services related to debt and bankruptcy solutions. The company operates in Kazakhstan and Russia and has recently opened its first office in India.

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and contribute to the commercial and financial performance of the business.

This role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of financial and sales processes, and the ability to work with data, CRM systems, and business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze leads, sales funnels, and performance in CRM (Bitrix24)
• Monitor and improve conversion rates and client flow
• Support sales team with data and performance insights
• Participate in managing the commercial performance of the business
• Build financial models, forecasts, and business scenarios
• Analyze revenue, costs, and profit & loss (P&L)
• Track and improve financial model effectiveness
• Prepare reports and support decision-making with data
• Handle administrative and operational tasks
• Support the CEO in daily business activities

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Bitrix24)
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting in India
• Experience in business, commercial, or financial analysis
• Knowledge of sales processes, leads, and funnels
• System thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions
• Good computer skills and ability to work efficiently
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented
