Job Title: Executive Chef – Central Kitchen / Food Factory

Gupta Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 22000:2018 certified food and catering company serving corporate and industrial clients since 1997. We operate large-scale central kitchens and serve thousands of meals daily across multiple locations. Our focus is on quality, consistency, hygiene, and operational excellence.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef with strong background in base kitchen / food factory operations, currently handling or having handled minimum 5,000+ meals per day.The candidate must have hands-on experience in bulk production, team leadership and quality control.

*Without the experience of Large Scale base kitchen - Resumes will be rejected*

Experience Required :

• 5+ years of total experience
• Mandatory experience in central kitchen / food factory
• Currently managing or previously managed 5,000+ meals per day
• Background in industrial / institutional catering preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale daily food production
• Ensure consistent taste, portion control, and recipe standardisation
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and ISO compliance
• Control food cost, wastage, and raw material usage
• Supervise kitchen staff and conduct regular training
• Coordinate with operations, purchase, and quality teams
• Monitor daily dispatch and production planning

Qualification:

• 12th Pass - Mandatory
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and discipline
• Expertise in bulk Indian cooking
• Good understanding of food safety standards
• Ability to handle pressure and large teams
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred)
