Executive/ Sr. Excecutive ( Finance)

• Reconciling data in our processing systems with client statements and card charge data.
• Preparing client statements.
• Reconciling customer payments against bookings and identifying discrepancies; coordinating with the investigations team to resolve them promptly.
• Preparing hotel and supplier payments.
• Preparing payments for buyer and supplier partners.
• Ensuring accurate data capture within the accounting system.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with and reconciling large datasets.
• At least 1 year of experience collaborating with clients on statement reconciliations.
• A degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Strong numerical aptitude with an interest in solving complex transactional and data-related issues.
• Proven experience in resolving payment-related discrepancies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• This is a remote position; a strong and reliable internet connection is essential.
