Job Profile Prepare Invoice and Packing list Prepare export & import Shipment (Custom) Document Maintain documents (Export Data) for MEIS Maintain complete export & import data Updating Google Docs (Invoice Details / Tracking Details / Ex-Factory Details) Booking & Invoicing all Courier (For TNT/FedEx / FPS / PHS/DHL) from India to All Customers Monitoring all Orders Packages delivered or not from UK / USA ones delivered update Records Monitoring all Couriers Packages delivered or not ones delivered inform concern person Checked All Courier Bills / Update Records in Excel / Oracle Count Physically All General Orders Qty. before Ex-factory Maintains Records & filling for Export Documents Maintains Records & filling for Invoicing to Delivered of all Orders Count & Checked all Order’s Tickets / Stickers received from customer and handover to Packing Department before Schedule related Order Shipment.
