The role requires strong leadership, operational planning, vendor coordination, safety management, and administrative control.

• Key Responsibilities:Overall management of facility operations including civil works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting systems, and general maintenance.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, transport, and support staff.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers; monitor SLAs and quality of work.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, fire, and statutory norms.
• Handle asset management, inventory control, and record maintenance.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost control, and expense optimization.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reporting to management.
• Manage emergency situations, disaster preparedness, and contingency planning.
• Implement discipline, SOPs, and standard operating procedures across facilities.
• Liaise with local authorities and government bodies when required.
• Desired Candidate Profile:Retired/Ex-serviceman from Army, Navy, or Air Force (JCO / Officer level preferred).
• Strong command over administration, discipline, and people management.
• Experience in estate management, infrastructure, logistics, or operations.
• Good knowledge of safety protocols, fire systems, and compliance standards.
• Ability to handle large teams and multiple facilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting, email communication).
