– Take and manage customer orders
– Track deliveries & ensure timely updates
– Collect feedback and maintain happy client relations
– Manage daily boutique operations, coordinate with tailors and assist in-store customers,
– Keep things running smoothly every day!
- Support social media or WhatsApp updates when needed

– Smart, friendly & good with people.
- Good communication and coordination skills
– Basic computer & WhatsApp handling
– Prior experience in a boutique, fashion store, or customer service preferred
