Fashion Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalised styling and product recommendations
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable fits, styles, and collections
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store floor looks premium at all times
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, exchanges, returns, and POS operations
• Manage stock replenishment and assist in inventory counts
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service

Requirements

• 1–10 years of experience in fashion/retail
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Pleasant personality, sales-driven attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer/POS knowledge
