Role OverviewWe are looking for an exceptionally creative Bridal Couture Fashion Designer with strong design sensibility, deep understanding of luxury craftsmanship, and hands-on experience in bridal or occasion wear. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, design, and oversee production of high-end bridal collections aligned with our brand identity.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design seasonal and bespoke bridal couture collections
• Develop detailed sketches, CADs, mood boards, and fabric stories
• Source luxury fabrics, embellishments, and trims
• Oversee pattern development, draping, sampling, and fittings
• Work closely with karigars, master tailors, and embroidery teams
• Ensure high-quality finishing and couture-level detailing
• Stay updated with global bridal and luxury fashion trends
• Participate in client consultations for custom bridal orders
• Collaborate with marketing and styling teams for campaigns and launches
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design from a reputed institute
• 3–8+ years of experience in bridal couture or luxury fashion
• Strong portfolio showcasing bridal/occasion wear collections
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
• Excellent knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, embroidery techniques, and garment construction
• Experience in handling fittings and custom orders
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and finishing
• Preferred QualitiesUnderstanding of Indian bridal aesthetics with a modern global appeal
• Experience working with couture clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
