Female Fitness Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Female Trainer who can guide women in company through personalized fitness programs, support transformation journeys, and deliver a high-energy, motivating environment for women.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver customized workout plans (weight loss, toning, strength, rehab support)
• Conduct group sessions (aerobics, strength training, functional training, MMA basics for self-defense)
• Guide clients on correct posture, form, and injury prevention
• Work closely with dieticians, physios, and doctors for holistic transformation plans
• Track client progress and maintain transformation records
• Motivate and retain clients through engagement and results
• Support pre-sales and consultation sessions for new members
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within gym floor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification in Fitness Training (ACE, K11, Gold’s Gym, etc.)
• Minimum 0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)
• Knowledge of:
• Strength training
• Cardio & fat loss programs
• Women-specific fitness needs
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Energetic, positive, and client-focused personality

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in women fitness coaching
• Knowledge of yoga, Zumba, or aerobics
• Basic understanding of nutrition & recovery
• Exposure to physio-based or rehab training

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
• Accommodation can be provided if require as sessions will starts early in morning : ~6 AM IST.
