Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Fiber Installation Technician (Fresher) to join our technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fiber internet connections at customer locations. This role involves fieldwork and hands-on technical exposure, making it ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the ISP industry.

Key Responsibilities

Install FTTH (Fiber to the Home) connections at residential and commercial sites

Lay and manage fiber cables as per site requirements

Perform basic fiber splicing, termination, and testing

Install and configure ONT, routers, and related network equipment

Troubleshoot connectivity and basic network issues

Coordinate with the technical and support teams for installations and service calls

Ensure timely completion of installation and maintenance tasks

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during fieldwork

Maintain proper records of installations and service activities

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Any stream)

Preferred Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or related field

Experience: Fresher (Training will be provided)

Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of networking and fiber connectivity (training provided)

Willingness to work on the field and travel to customer locations

Ability to learn new technical skills quickly

Good communication and coordination skills

Physically fit for outdoor and installation work

Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (not mandatory)

Working Days & Timings

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational weekly off)

Working Hours: As per site requirements and service schedules

Shift Timing: Day shifts; extended hours may be required during installations, maintenance, or fault resolution

Flexibility: Candidates must be flexible with working hours based on operational needs and customer service requirements
