Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Fiber Network Engineer / Senior Fiber Optic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fiber splicing, router configuration, troubleshooting, OLT (GPON & EPON), and fiber installation. This role involves fieldwork, leading a fresher employee, and ensuring seamless fiber network operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting for FTTH networks.
• Install and configure routers, OLTs (GPON & EPON), and other networking equipment.
• Handle fiber laying, termination, and maintenance at customer locations.
• Lead and mentor fresher employees in fiber installation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure quality installations.
• Diagnose and repair fiber optic faults, signal losses, and connectivity issues.
• Work closely with the technical team to maintain and improve network performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of fiber routes, splicing reports, and network upgrades.
• Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber optic installation, splicing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with OLT (GPON & EPON), routers, and networking configurations.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic cables, splicing techniques, and network maintenance.
• Ability to work in field environments and handle multiple installation projects.
• Must have a personal bike (Petrol allowance will be provided).
• Good communication skills and the ability to lead a small team.
