Field Collection Executive

Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers/locations to collect outstanding payments as per company guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate cash/cheque/online collections and submit the same to the office.
• Follow up with customers for pending dues and negotiate payment timelines professionally.
• Maintain daily collection reports and update payment status accurately.
• Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for reconciliation of collections.
• Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment receipts for every collection.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers while ensuring payment compliance.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical standards, and collection procedures.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally in challenging situations.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet daily targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• QualificationsMinimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones and digital payment methods.

Preferred Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in field collections, recovery, or related roles (Freshers can also apply).
• Other RequirementsTwo-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Familiarity with local areas and routes.
