Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Configuration

Installed and configured PICS calling machines and canteen kiosk machines.

Perform patch updates and ensure all devices operate smoothly.

Set up and configure network equipment, including switches and P2P connections.

Maintenance & Support

Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, network connectivity, and software.

Provide timely support for system upgrades and routine maintenance.

Networking Tasks

Handle network configurations and resolve connectivity issues.

Set up and maintain Point-to-Point (P2P) network connections.
