Field Helper

Job Summary:We are hiring Field Support Trainees for on-ground ISP operations. This is an entry-level role where the candidate will assist the technical team in fiber installation and related field activities. The role involves physical work and requires willingness to work at different sites.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in fiber cable installation (including underground fiber laying)
• Support in digging, laying, and managing fiber cables at site locations
• Help technicians while climbing ladders and working at heights
• Hold and manage ladders (“jeena pakadna”) for safe operations
• Carry and handle tools, machines, and equipment at sites
• Assist in splicing work and fiber handling
• Support in connection setup and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure proper coordination with the team during field work
• Follow safety instructions and guidelines at all times
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Freshers can apply (no experience required)
• Must be willing to do field work and physical work
• Skills Required:Willingness to learn technical work
• Physically fit and active
• Team player with a responsible attitude
• Basic discipline and work commitment
• Other Requirements:Comfortable with field work, outdoor conditions, and physical tasks
• Ready to work on sites like societies, roads, commercial buildings, etc.
• Two-wheeler preferred (if applicable)
