About the Role We are hiring motivated and smart individuals to join us as Field Hiring Executives. This role involves on-ground efforts to identify, interact with, and onboard domestic staff (maids, cooks, caretakers, cleaners, etc.) from residential areas, nearby villages, and community hubs in and around Sohna, Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities·      Conduct canopy/stall activities in local markets, chowks, and residential societies to recruit domestic staff

·      Approach potential candidates (maids, cooks, helpers) and explain job opportunities

·      Collect candidate details (name, phone, area, skill) and share with HR daily

·      Distribute flyers, banners, and job cards to generate word-of-mouth referrals

·      Coordinate with HR team to arrange interviews or trials of shortlisted workers

·      Travel to field locations (villages, labor points, maid networks) to source leads

·      Maintain a daily lead tracker and meet weekly hiring targets

Requirements·      Minimum qualification: 10th pass; 12th pass preferred

·      Should be comfortable with field work in open areas, markets, and societies

·      Fluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus

·      Good communication and convincing skills

·      Experience in field recruitment, sales, or local sourcing preferred

·      Smartphone required for lead submission and coordination

Salary & Benefits·      

· Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)

·      Daily Travel Allowance: ₹100/day for field visits

·      Incentives: ₹50 successful candidate hired

·      Mobile recharge allowance for work-related calls

·      Performance bonuses for monthly hiring targets

वर्ड-ऑफ-माउथ रेफरल उत्पन्न करने के लिए फ्लायर्स, बैनर और जॉब कार्ड वितरित करें

· शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए श्रमिकों के साक्षात्कार या परीक्षण की व्यवस्था करने के लिए एचआर टीम के साथ समन्वय करें

स्रोत लीड के लिए क्षेत्र स्थानों (गांवों, श्रम बिंदु, नौकरानी नेटवर्क) की यात्रा करें

· एक दैनिक लीड ट्रैकर बनाए रखें और साप्ताहिक काम पर रखने के लक्ष्यों को पूरा करें

आवश्यकताएँ · न्यूनतम योग्यता: 10 वीं पास; 12 वीं पास पसंदीदा

· खुले क्षेत्रों, बाजारों और समाजों में क्षेत्र के काम के साथ सहज होना चाहिए

· हिंदी में धाराप्रवाह; मूल अंग्रेजी एक प्लस है

· अच्छा संचार और ठोस कौशल

· क्षेत्र भर्ती, बिक्री, या स्थानीय सोर्सिंग में अनुभव
