Field L2 Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and related devices.

 Perform installation, configuration, and testing of hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power supply, etc.).

 Replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning of systems.

 Install and configure operating systems and required software (basic level).

 Setup and troubleshoot peripheral devices (printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, etc.).

 Handle cabling, connectivity, and hardware-related network issues.

 Maintain asset records, repair logs, and service documentation.

 Support end-users through onsite visits or remote assistance as required.

 Ensure all installations and repairs meet company safety and quality guidelines.
