Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding housekeeping and security staff for multiple client sites in and around Gurgaon.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor and manpower supply network to ensure timely staffing.
- Conduct field visits to job sites to monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of deployed staff.
- Coordinate with the HR and operations team for smooth deployment and documentation of field staff.
- Handle basic grievance redressal and ensure smooth communication between field staff and the management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory obligations.
