Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Sourcing delivery boys directly from field using your local area network and your hiring strategies

- Onboarding of riders ( Id creation of delivery boys)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

•Fixed salary upto ₹25,000 in hand (depends)+ PF

•Fuel Allowance: ₹2,400

•Additional Allowance: ₹1,200

•Incentives as per Target Achievements🎯

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- 10th, 12th, Any graduate

-Field recruitment experience is mandatory ( minimum 6 months)

-Preference: Experience in delivery boys hiring / blue-collar hiring / field work

-Bike & valid Driving License mandatory

-Must be comfortable with field work

-Immediate joiners preferred
