Job Fair & Campus Drive Coordination

Plan, organize, and execute Mega Job Fairs and on-campus recruitment drives.

Manage end-to-end logistics: from booking venues and marketing the event to managing on-the-spot registrations.

Coordinate with internal technical teams to schedule interviews during drives.

Sourcing & Mobilization

Source candidates through field activities, local community centers, and skill development centers.

Conduct "Pool Campuses" where multiple colleges participate in a single location.

Manage "Mobilization" – reaching out to rural or semi-urban areas to create awareness about job opportunities.
