Field Recruiter

ource and recruit delivery boys/riders directly from the field through on-ground activity.

Visit busy local areas (markets, colleges, neighbourhoods) to generate candidate leads.

Conduct face-to-face discussions and collect candidate information.

Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure hiring targets are met.

Build and maintain relationships with local delivery partners. 

Minimum education: 12th pass (sometimes any higher).

Fieldwork experience (typically 6+ months) is preferred but some postings accept any experience.

Good communication skills and local area knowledge.

Must have own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits in most cases.

Basic recruitment / sourcing skills.
